A special home, this is Jerry Lealand’s very own.

He has not only added an entire floor but a side deck on the car port, a new garage in rear, front entry porch, and many other features including new windows, heat pump, built-in vacuum, Brazilian Kempas flooring throughout the main living area, a second 4-piece bathroom on the third floor, and Benjamin Moore colors throughout, giving the house a warm, inviting feel.  This project was completed using local contractors from the Cowichan Valley.
